Still Life Gifts Taking more than seven hours from harvest to completion, each piece in the Still Life Collection begins with a real leaf or botanical that has been carefully selected for its overall appeal. Through an intricate filigree process, some of the leaves are made semi-transparent exposing the leaf's vein structure, while others are left solid. A delicate layer of copper is then applied to each leaf to strenghten and preserve it. Finally, the leaves are individually dipped in 24 karat gold, silver or iridescent copper.
